Hi. I’m Mia Posada from Miami, Florida. I am currently a student at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida studying Media Production, Management, and Technology with a concentration in music. I am passionate about arts of all kind including music, photography, film, and fashion! I love to create music, videos, and other forms of mixed media that reflect my perspective and artistic vision.
I feel very lucky to have had so many great opportunities to work with artists of all forms! Some skills I have developed include:
- Artist Management and Development
- Stage Management and Venue Operations
- Tour Management
- Marketing and Promotional Strategy
- Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design
- Booking and Event Planning
- Management and Project Coordination
- Website Design and Development
Some experiences that led to the growth of these skills:
The Syndicate
From September 2025 to December of 2025, I worked as a radio promotions intern for The Syndicate based in Weehawken, NJ. Working remotely, I reported radio charts, conducted research for new client and station opportunities, file keeping for music databases, drafted promotional email blasts to stations, aided staff in the creation of crafting chart reports to send to clients, updated tour itineraries, and updated branded playlists.
The Fest
From March 2024 to November 2024, I interned for The Fest. In this time, I learned how to run social media for a festival and made a handful of graphics for the instagram and twitter. I also got to learn about venue operations and management both behind the scenes in the months leading up to and on site at the event on October 24-27. I gained more experience working with a large number of people and schedules in a fast paced environment, as well as working with and setting up gear for bands on stage. I now work with The Fest doing stage management and assisting with marketing and volunteer coordination.
